這絕對不是第一天上班阿  只是前幾天在努力ER報告 所以還沒好好翻過ENT的書
這幾天活在某種恐懼下........  每天怕睡過頭的恐懼
鬧鐘叫不起我(還是我什麼時候按掉了也不知道)  對我也不是什麼新事件了
換了超大聲的鬧鐘  還是偶爾會發生原因不名的上班時間前10分鐘才嚇醒的事件

尤其 在一科7點要meeting的ENT    真的是獨特阿!!!!
這裡的蘇主任 一貫的台語問診醫療和教學  我想這個月的台語我會進步不少吧     


前幾天爸媽剛完成一日型健檢  順同用麻油雞溫暖了我的冰箱和我的胃  真開心!!
尤其是又開始冷到想裹著我的被子的這幾天

今天  從信箱拿了幾封信  有兩封從香港來耶  
快速一瞥  一封是友友俱樂部的(刊物)  另一封我挺猜不出來的   只看到尖沙咀字樣
回來一拆封  居然是半島酒店的回函和一本很精美的別冊  大意是收到我們的回覆意見表很開心  我在裡頭也寫出想去2009年即將OPEN的上海的半島
他們也願意再寄封通知來給我  最後看到manager的簽名
真不愧是一個高雅出眾的半島阿

話說 尖沙"咀"這字到底怎麼用注音打出來阿???

is defined as a bilateral persistent, painless, soft, non-neoplastic, noninflammatory  swelling usually involving both parotid glands .The most commonly seen cause for sialadenosis is alcoholism, with 30% to 80% of  patients  with  cirrhotic  livers  exhibiting  enlarged parotids.and at times  the  submandibular  salivary  glands. Sialadenosis  is associated  with  a  variety  of  conditions  that  include alcoholism, endocrine disorders—particularly diabetes mellitus—and  malnutrition,  which  in  our  society usually results from anorexia nervosa.

Russoto reported that the asymptomatic increased  volume of the parotid gland in diabetic patients is not  uncommon. Neville et al. and Sousa et al. stated that  diabetes  sialadenitis  can  be  seen  in  patients  with  both  types of diabetes.

2. Pure tone audiometry
Hearing is measured at frequencies varying from low pitches (250 Hz) to high pitches (8000 Hz). The hearing level (HL) is quantified relative to "normal" hearing in decibels (dB), with higher numbers of dB indicating worse hearing. A score of 0 is normal. It is possible to have scores less than 0, which indicate better than average hearing. Pure-tone average (PTA) is the average of pure tone hearing thresholds at 500, 1000, and 2000 Hz. 

Normal hearing :  Mild hearing loss = 25-40 db HL
